Gary Payton II makes surprising pick for best dunker among Warriors

After years of toiling in the backburner, Gary Payton II has truly found a home with the Golden State Warriors. He has shown that he belongs to the NBA with his speed, toughness, and athleticism. Traits that, of course, he gained from his Hall of Famer dad.

Payton has also provided some jaw-dropping highlights in his breakout season for the Warriors. In fact, many wanted to see him join the Slam Dunk Contest in the upcoming All-Star Weekend, but the 29-year-old dynamo declined to leave it up to younger guys.
