Serie A scores, results: Roma best Lazio; AC Milan still top of the table; Juventus close gap with Inter

  AC Milan moved closer to the Scudetto after winning away against Cagliari 1-0 on Sunday in Serie A. Stefano Pioli's side is now the leading candidate to win the title after Inter Milan failed to win again. Inter instead drew against Fiorentina on Saturday. Napoli are still in the race and won an important match, while Juventus are getting closer to the top and face Inter Milan next.  The weekend also saw ome important results at the bottom of the table where Genoa collected their first win under coach Alexander Blessin and now have a chance to stay in the league next season. After the upcoming International break, where Italy are still trying to qualify for the Qatar World Cup, the last stint of Serie A matches will be crucial. Serie A Power Rankings: AC Milan overtake Inter Milan for top spot, Juventus surging in top four

AC Milan are now the favorites to win the Scudetto this season. After winning away at Napoli, one of the other contenders at the top of the table, Stefano Pioli's side are now in poll position to take to down the title. Of course Inter Milan are still right in the thick of it and have more or less the same chances as their crosstown rivals. After their Champions League elimination against Liverpool it will be key to understand how Simone Inzaghi's team will react. Juventus are still staging their comeback but it might be too late to be involved in the title race, as a seven point gap is just so large with only ten matches remaining. Zion Williamson posts Instagram video of monster between-the-legs dunk while recovering from foot injury

  Zion Williamson's status has been one of the great mysteries of the 2021-22 season. When he was initially diagnosed with a fractured foot, he was expected to be available in time for the beginning of the season. And then he wasn't. The New Orleans Pelicans offered only vague and inconsistent updates. Williamson himself never spoke. And now, with the season coming to an end, it appears as though Williamson won't be returning to the floor at all. After missing most of his rookie year, his third season is on track to come and go without a minute of game time as well.  Where that leaves Williamson moving forward, we can't say, but for the first time in months, the Pelicans forward gave fans a morsel of optimism.
